Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
