Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that packages will be handled perfectly during transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
