Alisa Efremova

Alisa Efremova studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze. Her multidisciplinary practice draws from literature, poetry, film, religion, and alchemy, combining intuitive processes with experimentation across painting and mixed media.

Guided by emotion rather than fixed concepts, her works evolve through layering, revision, and spontaneous gesture. Influenced by automatic drawing and ideas surrounding perception and the subconscious, Efremova approaches painting as an immersive process in which the work gradually develops its own autonomy.

Rodrigo Torres

Rodrigo Torres, explores the boundaries of absurdity and cultural tension through his art.

Inspired by the raw realities of life in El Salvador, his work creates a powerful confrontation with the world as it is. Born and raised in El Salvador, Torres now lives in Germany, where he works as an artist.

The paintings of Torres are recognizable for their expressive brushwork and strong use of symbolism. Through a satirical visual language, the works capture the chaos and contradictions of everyday life.

Ort Willems

My name is Ort Willems. I am 24 years old and a second-year Fine Art student at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht in the Netherlands. In my work, I explore questions of identity, self-image, and social position. I focus on my own role as an individual and as a straight(ish) white man, driven by a desire both to understand that position and to critically examine it.

In the painting series Finding the Center Between Mirrors, I investigate the tension between how I see myself and how I am seen by others. I am particularly interested in the distance between these two perspectives: the inner mirror of lived experience and the outer mirror of social projection

Noah Hanney

Noah Hanney's work is rooted in the stories that survive through people.

Growing up surrounded by Louisiana folklore, family myths, spiritual memory, and generational resilience, Hanney became obsessed with the emotional weight carried through history, especially within Black and Native womanhood.

Noah Hanney interested in the things people feel before they fully understand them.
